This is the first introductory step into the world of scuba diving! The Discover Scuba Dive, while not a certification, is perfect for anyone wanting to try out the experience before enrolling in an Open Water certification course. Let us help you decide if scuba is something you can love like we do.
The Discover Scuba Dive is an experience with one of our highly-trained Padi professionals in our on-site indoor, heated pool. We’ll spend a small portion of time in one of our classrooms explaining some important things to remember about scuba diving, scuba gear, and even hand signals! In no time we’ll move on to the fun in-water part where you’ll gear up and take your first breaths under water and get to perform some basic scuba diving skills.
All you need to bring is a bathing suit and towel – we provide the rest! There is a short medical form that will need to be filled out prior to any in-water activity. The form requires fully written ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ answers (not Y or N or checkmarks, etc). If there is a ‘Yes’ on this form, you will need a doctors release prior to participation.
